A firm quotation is confirmed following a site survey and is valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, product specification and any changes you request.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once you accept a written quotation. Payment terms, including any deposit required to confirm manufacturing and the balance due on completion, will be set out clearly in your quotation before you place an order.

Installation

Installation dates are agreed in advance and carried out by our certified technicians. We'll let you know as soon as possible if unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or site access) require a date to be rescheduled.

Warranties

Our products are covered by the manufacturer warranty specified for that product at the time of quotation. Warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be confirmed in your order documentation.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since many of our products are manufactured to order, cancellation once manufacturing has begun may not be possible without cost, as set out in your order confirmation.
